the hotel location is excellent near ski lifts and restaurants. breakfast was very good. the hotel provides ski rental making it very convenient. the terrace offers a beautiful view of ski slopes with djs playing on selected days.
the bar felt a bit lifeless and not particularly cute.

the personnel was very nice. everyone was smiling and cute. they were willing to help even when overwhelmed by many guest requests at the same time. i was happy.

helpful staff excellent breakfast simple setup
the staff here are so nice and helpfull. breakfast was excellent and the ski shop made getting setup simple. our room felt good and i felt very looked after . the reception was particularly helpful.
the bar lacked some atmosphere and didnt feel very cute for a solo traveler.

This hotel has direct access to the slopes. ski in and out is very easy. You can ski right to the doorstep. ski lockers are in the basement, really convenient.
